123 walks have published a 0.9 mile circular walk around Castle Hill Nature Reserve, a small cliff top nature reserve perched above Newhaven, opening out to spectacular sea views.

There’s even a free telescope in an old WWII gun base! Free car park, some steep steps, could get muddy in winter, and watch out – might be windy! Options to extend along Cliff Top Walk towards Peacehaven.

Take care not to go near the cliff edge (it's well signed). It's an easy walk when dry; moderate if muddy.
