Weekly rehearsals start after restrictions are lifted in July
Brighton Male Voice Choir is looking forward to starting weekly rehearsals after restrictions are lifted (currently July), at Woodingdean Methodist Church subject to confirmation.
The benefits of singing are well known, so why not come along and give it a try, with Brighton Male Voice Choir. We are a social, non-religious, community choir and we welcome men over the age of 18 who enjoy singing, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
There are no auditions, and the ability to read music is not essential, as you will “pick this up” as you sing along with us to some well-known tunes.
Over the years the Choir has raised thousands of pounds for a long list of local and national charities including Cancer Research UK, MacMillan Cancer Support, The Martlets Hospice, The Chestnut Tree Children's Hospice, The British Heart Foundation, Help for Heroes, Blind Veterans UK, the Saltdean Lido project and Brighton Housing Trust, which helps combat homelessness in Brighton.
You can see (and hear) more about the choir, what we do and what we’ve done, by visiting our website www.brightonmalevoicechoir.co.uk
Then, if you register your interest by email to our membership secretary, Jeff White, at ewanjeff.white@gmail.com he will keep you notified of any changes.
