Natural England have been co-ordinating the development of the path, which aims to improve access to the coast around the country.
Locally they have worked closely with Rights of Way Officers from Brighton & Hove City Council, West & East Sussex County Councils and the South Downs National Park who have provided expert advice in developing the path.
