On Sunday 17th July 10-4pm Saltdean residents will be hosting a day of table top sales outside their homes in support of The Alex Children's Hospital, NHS Brighton. Organised by Rachel De Cock, Saltdean resident, you can either enjoy a beautiful walk picking up some bargains or register as a seller by 9th July.
Bargain hunters are being encouraged to check out the restaurants, pubs, Lido and beach too. To help shoppers find the location of sellers, an online map is available. This will be updated regularly before the day.
Rachel said, ""Hi Everyone! Thanks so much for your interest in the Saltdean Boot Sale Walk. I'm Rachel and I'm a Saltdean resident. I'm not part of a community organisation or anything like that. I'm simply a local who loved last years boot sale so much, that I decided to organise one for us all.
"There is no charge for taking part and I'm giving my time for free. The only thing I ask is that people make a small donation to our local NHS fundraiser and do their bit to promote the event, so that everyone can have a successful day."
