Saltdean Lido Gym Opening 8th January

The Saltdean Lido is opening a gym on 8th January offering a place to train and exercise and a variety of exercise classes suitable for all ages and abilities.

They will have gym instructors available to help you on your way on your fitness journey, whether you’re first timer - of any age, or picking up again after ‘lapsing’ for a while and want to take advantage of a local and convenient facility.

They start you with a personalised induction on how to use the equipment and trainers can also write you a basic workout program to follow.

There will also be personal trainers who you can book in with for a more in-depth training session if you prefer (please note this is not included in your membership).

There are a range of memberships so you can choose one that suits your requirements best.

​They offer day passes if you would like to try before you commit to a membership.
