Martlets, Wild in Art and Aardman have created the Shaun by the Sea public art event with 42 individually designed Shaun the Sheep sculptures and 77 little Shauns until 5th November with locations including Peacehaven, Rottingdean, KempTown and Brighton Marina.

The 77 little Shauns have been created by schools, nurseries, community groups and care homes. The trail of big and little Shauns covers the whole of the community which Martlets serves, and the bold, brave and colourful designs will shine a light on the life-changing impact of hospice care.

Each of the Shauns has been sponsored by local businesses and organisations, creating strong relationships between Martlets and the business community. At the end of the 8 week trail, the sculptures will be auctioned off to raise money to enable Martlets to keep caring for people.
